History will be made this weekend at the new-look Parr Hall, thanks to mobile phone designers HTC and about 500 loaves of toasted bread.

The winner of the HTC Wildfire Experience and a selection of their BFFs (Best Facebook Friends) are coming together this Sunday the 17^th of October to bring their personal dream to life – setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest toast mosaic ever created.  The toast mosaic will be created and assembled as part of the HTC Wildfire Experience Day, the culmination of a unique social network experience which allowed people to bring together virtual friends in the real world to accomplish a long-term goal.

The HTC Wildfire Experience was created to bring the features of Wildfire to life in the real world, by offering HTC fans a unique opportunity - to gather together their virtual friends all in one place, to enjoy a bespoke event of their choice.  Visitors to the HTC UK Facebook page were asked the following question: “If you could gather all of your friends on Facebook together in the same place for a day – what would you do?”  The most inspiring entry was chosen by a panel of HTC representatives and will be made a reality this weekend in Warrington.
